Hinds Community College (HCC) is one of the most frequently searched colleges in America, according to a recent internet keyword search of United States colleges.
Hinds is a community college that was founded in 1917, and currently maintains more than 12,000 undergraduate students across six Mississippi campuses and one airport, in both credit and non credit courses.
The HCC district covers five counties - Hinds, Claiborne, Copiah, Rankin, and Warren. Hinds is one of 15 pubic community colleges in Mississippi, and is the largest community college in the state.

For a full time student, it should take about two years to earn an Associate's degree. Skilled trade certificates can take from one to two years, although many certificates can be completed in less than one year.
