Some say the best Healthy Diet Plan is Intuitive Eating.

Many experts agree that an intuitive diet is best for the average healthy person. People who develop intuitive eating habits end up consuming more fresh fruits and vegetables, less fried food, less sugar, less fat, and fewer carbs (bread, pasta, potatoes, and rice) than people who rigidly stick to specific diets.

Calorielab.com recently released its "Fattest States in the Country" list, complied using data from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

The results are based on a three-year statistical average.


Below is a list of states, ranked (highest to lowest) in order of the percentage of each state's population classified as either overweight or obese.
