1 bag coleslaw mix (shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots)
2/3 cup of Mayonnaise
1/4 cup of sugar
3 Tablespoons of milk
2 Tablespoons of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Fuji apple, peeled and diced
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients except apple, onion, and cole slaw mix in a large bowl and mix well.
Add the cole slaw mix, apple, and onion.
Toss until coated.
Cover and refrigerate several hours, or maybe even overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
